Manfaatkan sisa lasagna dan siapkan llauna dengan telur puyuh yang tak tertahankan

Lasagna “Llauna” dengan telur puyuh
Bahan-bahan
– 250–300 g sisa lasagna matang (potong-potong)
– 300 ml saus tomat
– 6–8 butir telur puyuh (atau 2–3 butir telur biasa)
– 1 siung bawang putih
– Minyak zaitun
– Garam dan merica
– Sedikit keju parut
– Herbal secukupnya (oregano, basil atau peterseli)
Elaborasi
1. Dalam penggorengan atau panci kecil, tambahkan sedikit minyak. Goreng bawang putih cincang hingga berwarna kecoklatan.
2. Tambahkan saus tomat dan masak selama 5–10 menit hingga mengental. Tuang bahan dasar tomat ke dalam loyang dan oleskan potongan lasagna di atasnya. Aduk perlahan agar menyatu, namun meninggalkan tekstur.
3. Buat lubang kecil dan pecahkan telur. Bumbui sebentar dan taburi dengan sedikit keju parut.
4. Masukkan ke dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan hingga 180º selama 5′. Angkat dan akhiri dengan herba segar dan sedikit minyak zaitun.
